    How can I apply to the WDT?

    How does the application process work for you?

    Would you like to know what happens after you have submitted your application? We'll take you through our application process step by step:

    1. Receipt & review: As soon as we receive your application, we take a close look at it.
    2. First interview: You get to know your potential department or team leader. You then have time to consider whether you would like to continue with us.
    3. Second interview: Now it gets more concrete. In addition to the HR department and the specialist department, the works council is also present. Here we talk about tasks, general conditions and your salary. You will then be given a tour of the company and your potential team.
    4. Quick decision: We usually get back to you within a few days. The whole process usually takes no longer than three weeks.

    In the weeks that follow, your new team will provide you with intensive support during your induction so that you can quickly find your feet and become familiar with your tasks. At the same time, you will gain exciting insights into our company structure.
