Would you like to become a WDT member? Simply follow the 5 steps.

Please note that WDT membership is only possible for veterinarians. The submission of a licence to practise is mandatory.

Are you already a WDT member and would like to transfer your business balance? Then simply use the transfer declaration.

Become a member in just 5 steps - this is how it works

1. declaration of membership & articles of association

Download the declaration of membership and the articles of association .

With your declaration of membership you become a member and are automatically activated for the WDT marketplace.

2. filling out the declaration of accession

Complete the selected membership application form. The membership number is assigned by the WDT; please leave this field blank.

Please note: The purchase of at least one share is mandatory in order to be registered as a WDT member.

The SEPA direct debit mandate is required if you wish to use the online shop.

3. print

Print out the declaration of membership and sign the document in the required places.

4. sending by post

Please send us the original declaration of membership and a copy of your licence to practise by post to the following address:

5. inspection by the WDT

You will receive notification from us by e-mail and by post when your documents have been checked and registration has been completed.

In the notification you will receive your access to our WDT marketplace and to the member area at www.wdt.de.

Requirements for WDT membership

Membership of the WDT is linked to the purchase of at least one share totalling €600. Of this amount, 50 % (€ 300) must be paid in immediately. The representatives' meeting decides on the due date for further payments on the share. If you have decided to join the WDT, please pay €300 by direct debit on the declaration of membership or by bank transfer. Of course, more than €300 can be paid into the share immediately. The purchase of further shares is possible, but requires that existing shares are fully paid up.

The Articles of Association of the WDT form the legal basis for the. Please send us the original, fully completed and signed declaration of membership by post. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send it online.

WDT may only supply the veterinarian with medicinal products in accordance with Section 47 (1a) of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG) once it has received a certificate, if possible notarised, from the competent supervisory authority confirming notification in accordance with Section 67 AMG. If this has not yet been done, please send it to us.
