Introducing the new WDT Board of Directors
At the beginning of the third quarter, significant changes are taking place at the management level of WDT.
For years, one exciting event has followed the next at WDT, but one very special event is currently in the spotlight: the WDT Management Board has been restructured since 1 July.
Mr Olaf Assenheimer is now at the helm as Chairman of the Board, accompanied by his new colleague Dr Kristine Roßbach and his new colleague Mr Christof Ehlen. They complete the trio and take over from Dr Thomas Nonnewitz.
Olaf Assenheimer
Olaf Assenheimer is 59 years old and worked for many years at Bayer in pharmaceutical production, e.g. as Managing Director of KVP in Kiel and in Merger & Acquisition. Most recently, he managed the integration of the Merck OTC business from Basel before moving to WDT in 2017.
Dr Kristine Roßbach
Dr Kristine Roßbach is 42 years old, a veterinary specialist in pharmacology, toxicology and pharmacy and has been with WDT for 6 years. She started in Product Management Pharma before taking over as Head of Product Development (Veterinary Medicines Division). Prior to this, she worked for several years as a research assistant at the Institute of Pharmacology at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover Foundation.
Christof Ehlen
Christof Ehlen is 47 years old, has a degree in business administration (FH) and has been responsible for the marketplace, practice supplies and procurement at WDT for 7 years. He has previously worked as head of controlling at Helios companies, in medical sales and as managing director of medical facilities.
